Refunds / Cancellations policy:

Quote the reference number on your booking form for the payment reference. In 48 hours after making your booking (or a week before your appointment for future bookings), a 50% deposit must be received to confirm booking so you will be certain about your reservation. (Please let us know if you don’t take the booking.)
African Stone Day Spa is committed to best practice methodologies and as such has aligned its refund policy in line with the Consumer Protection Act. Should a consumer wish to cancel a reservation, the following will apply: [Section 17, subsection 3 (b); 4 (a-d)]:
1. 24 hours notice will carry an 80% cancellation / administration charge / rescheduling fee
2. 48 hours notice will carry a 30% cancellation / administration charge / rescheduling fee
3. In excess of 72 hours notice will carry a 20% cancellation / administration / rescheduling fee
